Your entry into the world of finance

During this 18-month program, you will have the chance to gain an insight in our Finance, Controlling and Audit departments. You will get an intensive on-the-job training in a variety of subjects and develop a comprehensive understanding of unit-specific and cross-divisional tasks. From the first day on, you will undertake challenging jobs, especially project tasks. Your assignments during the program as well as your target position will be based on advanced discussion and mutual agreement.

For START IN Finance, Controlling & Audit we are looking for graduates with a Master´s degree or Diploma in Business, Political Sciences, Economics, Information Management or Industrial Engineering. Besides the academic qualification, very good German and English language skills and IT-skill in standard applications you impress us with your competencies in:

The program gives you the opportunity to get to know our organizational structure and to build up your own networks. Depending on your future goals and personal interests, you have the opportunity to spend time in one of the BASF Group Companies in Germany or abroad.

Right from the beginning, you will receive constant support from a manager acting as your personal mentor throughout the program.
