Partners
The United Nations (UN) are BASF Stiftung’s most important partner in implementing development initiatives worldwide. Specialized agencies such as the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) or the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) are present around the world with their extensive expertise and outstanding network. Their experts and project workers ensure that each initiative is implemented locally.
The United Nations stand for political and ideological neutrality.
If disaster aid is required, apart from the United Nations we support also other organizations with a global outreach specialized in supraregional disaster relief.
BASF Stiftung maintains a close exchange with its UN partners, therefore we do not accept applications for funding.
