UV absorber and light stabilizer blends
TINUVIN® 5000 series and other TINUVIN blends with UV absorber (UVA) and hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) technology for solvent-based and aqueous formulations.
The TINUVIN 5000 series and other TINUVIN blends offer synergistic combinations of UVA and HALS technology against surface defects while also bolstering color and gloss retention in coating applications. These easy-to-handle additives are compatible and soluble in most solvent-based systems, and meet all performance demands of automotive, industrial and architectural applications. The series also contains subgroups with specific properties for suitability with wood, plastic and metal substrates or exceptionally high pH or high thermal conditions.
