Lena Rupp

Lena Rupp is the Head of Business Services BASF Canada. She is a member of the Canadian Executive Committee and the Canadian Leadership Team.

In this role, Lena is responsible for leading the Canadian Business Services, including the following clusters: Finance, Logistics, Process Optimization, Environment, Health and Safety, Real Estate and General Administrative Support, Tax and Treasure, Communications and Human Resources. Since joining BASF in 2017, Lena has served the company in various roles within Finance, Controlling and Business Reporting in various regions, including Ludwigshafen, Hong Kong, and Berlin.

Lena holds an M.Sc. from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in Finance and Investments and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Economics from Maastricht University.
