As part of your training, you will get to know in total four different departments, learn and develop specialist knowledge and take on responsibility for your own projects. With an optional 3-month external station, like a deployment in another group company within or outside BASF Germany, you will expand your own BASF network and boost your intercultural competence. Through additional training offers and internal seminars, you will also deepen your personal and professional knowledge and regularly connect with other trainees at network sessions.
Together with your program manager, you develop an individual development plan right from the start, discuss development steps in regular feedback discussions and discover future potential and work areas. In all assignments, you will always be supported by a permanent contact partner and buddy of the respective unit. After a successful completion of the program, we offer you an open-ended specialist position at the Berlin location. The final target function and department will be revealed in the context of your final feedback sessions.
