Gain product knowledge and receive broad traininginspiring
“I was looking for an opportunity that would give me the chance to gain product knowledge and receive broad training covering various business segments within a leading, global company. The CYP program certainly fit the bill in both cases. It also gave me the opportunity to meet future team members via networking events, which helped me to quickly integrate into the company and into my position."

Develop innovative technologies and create new ideas
"As NBD's focus is on new market and modern technology, we are always developing innovative technologies, which are coating-related or even "beyond coating". Work diversity keeps me fresh and motivated. The relaxed working environment and the great support I receive from my co-workers also encourage me to create more new ideas."

Opportunities to improve and grow
"In my job I have many opportunities to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and external parties (such as universities and client companies), which has allowed me to steadily improve my competencies and competitiveness, and grow as a person."
