Rotational opportunities overseas and one-on-one coaching
"CYP is a solid training program, especially for new graduates. What attracted me most are the rotational opportunities overseas and the one-on-one coaching from your mentor. The company wants you to succeed and everyone works hard to make that happen. I feel that BASF is the perfect fit for Chemistry majors."

Amazing opportunity
"One of my rotational assignments was in Clermont, France, where my customer was PSA Group (the company that produces Peugeot and Citroën cars, among others). I not only learned all about coatings but I also got to know most of the colleagues that I needed to work with in Europe. It was an amazing opportunity and it put me in a great place for my first job when I graduated from the program. I worked as a technical project manager involved in the launch of Chrysler's first plant in China and Chrysler's first automotive Integrated Process (IP2) plant in the world. I got to work with colleagues from the US, Spain, Germany, Italy and China.

"Things move fast at BASF and there's little chance to put your feet up and rest on your achievements. There's always a new challenge to tackle around the corner! But I don't mind because there are so many opportunities here to grow and contribute, and with them come experiences that I could only have dreamt of before I joined the company."
