Are you a high-performing Sales Manager with passion for driving sales in our regional organization of Agricultural Solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Adriatic Area. In this role, you will have a chance to achieve ambitious sales targets by successfully managing the sales team as well as to engage in designing and implementing strategic sales plans. We welcome candidates who have a deep understanding of the business environment in agricultural sector of Adriatic Area as well as a strong willingness to perform, learn and develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop sales team (recruitment, steering, support, target setting, development incl. regular feedback) to fully perform their task
  • Market Approach Strategy: concept development, implementation & update for distribution and farm approach & management
  • Regional sales planning: target setting, monitoring and follow up on KPI achievement in agreement with country and sales management, supporting negotiation with invoicing customers
  • CRM: implementation and support with the team
  • Supporting commercial policy, sales terms & conditions (incl. operational pricing), leading process of policy definition guaranteeing coordination with MAS in alignment with country and sales management, ensuring its implementation
  • Operational pricing: define process guaranteeing coordination with other functions (marketing/controlling), ensuring implementation
  • Sales cost budget: full responsibility, defining process implementation, guaranteeing coordination with controlling, ensuring planning, monitoring KPIs achievement
  • Reporting to Country Head Adriatic Area

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree (agriculture, economy, business) or similar qualification
  • Several years of work experience in sales management and in agricultural sector
  • Leadership experience and developed communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, problem solving, commitment to deadlines, work under pressure, team spirit
